Being the principal and founder of Novello Skin, Yuliya is a Registered General Nurse with overall experience in emergency, cardiology and dermatology nursing since 1998. Yuliya is a member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN) and Association of Nurse Prescribing (INP). Yuliya is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner shortlisted for industry awards over several years and awarded Ambassador of the Year: Secret Technology by Cutera in 2024.
Yuliya began her practice in Aesthetic Medicine in 2009 and has since performed a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Her experience includes muscle-relaxing injections, dermal fillers, thread lifts, microneedling (dermal roller), and mesotherapy, consistently achieving natural-looking results for her patients.
Yuliya’s previous clinical experience spans Emergency Department, Cardiology, and General Practice Nursing, and she is currently a Respiratory Nurse Specialist for the NHS. She also previously worked with leading UK aesthetic providers of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments and surgeries and as a trainer for 4T Medical, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the UK aesthetic market.
She holds an Independent Nurse Prescribing qualification, a BSc in Biology, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Clinical Anatomy. Yuliya is also dermoscopy trained and enjoys updating her knowledge in dermatology, ensuring she stays current with advances in skin health and safety. This strong medical and anatomical foundation allows her to provide advanced aesthetic treatments safely, supported by thorough face-to-face consultations and carefully selected, personalised treatment plans. She also offers skincare consultations tailored to individual skin needs.
Patient safety, confidentiality, and strict adherence to medical ethics are central to Yuliya’s practice. She remains committed to continuous professional development, regularly attending conferences and advanced training in aesthetic medicine, and working with an evidence-based approach. Yuliya is recognised for combining clinical expertise with an artistic eye, delivering safe, personalised treatments with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional patient care.
Charlotte joined Novello Skin team in November 2020 and has become a valuable member of the team within no time.
She is passionate about skin and innovative methods for skin treatments.
Charlotte’s experience includes managerial role, including a medical aesthetics clinic, running a family business in medical aesthetics for over 8 years.
Along with great leadership skills, Charlotte is knowledgeable and experienced practitioner with proficiency to work with different technology for skin rejuvenation and body contouring.
Alongside Charlotte’s work at Novello Skin, she works as a trainer and assessor for the college, teaching a new generation of professionals.
Roche is a passionate and dedicated Medical Aesthetician with over 14 years of experience in the aesthetics and skincare industry. She has developed extensive expertise in advanced skin treatments and laser procedures under the guidance of highly respected Plastic Surgeons.
Roche values building strong relationships with her clients, guiding them on their skincare journey, and ensuring each treatment is tailored to their individual needs. Her enthusiasm for the latest advancements in skincare drives her commitment to achieving exceptional results.
Prior to joining Novello Skin, Roche worked with renowned plastic surgeons in London and Cape Town, delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments, developing treatment protocols, and providing outstanding client care. She has also held senior roles as Spa Therapist and Assistant Spa Manager on Steiner Cruise Ships, combining clinical expertise with team leadership and client relations.
Roche is fully qualified in Somatology, holding certifications from the International Academy of Health and Skincare, Cape Town, including CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, and SAAHSP. Her warm, approachable manner and dedication to excellence make her a valued member of the Novello Skin team.
Yvonne is an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, treating patients since 2005. She previously owned and ran her own clinic in Oxford before establishing Cotswold Face Clinic in Cirencester. Yvonne now brings her wealth of expertise and personalised approach to Novello Skin, continuing to care for her long-standing patients while welcoming new clients.
Trained in advanced aesthetic treatments, Yvonne offers a wide range of procedures including wrinkle reduction, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and chemical peels. She has strong professional connections with leading Harley Street practitioners and also works as an injectables trainer for a national cosmetic course company.
Yvonne combines clinical precision with a warm, approachable manner, ensuring every client receives safe, effective, and tailored treatments.
Belinda is a certified health coach specialising in women’s fitness, nutrigenetics, and epigenetics. She supports women and men over 40 in restoring health, vitality, and confidence through a holistic, personalised approach.
Mentored by world-renowned trainer Jenni Rivett, former personal trainer to Princess Diana, Belinda combines tailored fitness guidance, nutritional strategies, and lifestyle interventions to support clients through midlife and beyond. Her work focuses on hormonal balance, energy optimisation, cognitive health, and sustainable weight management.
Belinda believes in realistic, balanced habits rather than perfection, empowering clients to build long-term wellbeing, resilience, and vitality from the inside out.
Dr Lydia Flaks graduated from St Petersburg Medical University , Russia 2002 Moved to UK the same year and started postgraduate training initially in E. Anglia then Gloucestershire. Completed GP training in 2010 in Somerset and returned back to Gloucestershire to be closer to my family. Since then worked as a salaried and locum GP in various practices of Gloucestershire and Worcestershire and as a private GP in Cheltenham .
Special interests include women’s health and headaches. Dr Lydia, also, stays up-to-date in all areas of general practice.
Outside work, she spends time with her lovely family – teenage children, very supportive husband and two Boston terriers. She loves reading, gardening and travelling.
